Welcome to MountainMyTrip. By booking a trek or tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every traveler. 🌿
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are provided strictly as per the cancellation guidelines. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.
Cancellation by You
- Up to 30 days before departure → 30% of package cost will be charged.
- 30 to 15 days before departure → 50% of package cost will be charged.
- 15 to 7 days before departure → 75% of package cost will be charged.
- Within 5 days of departure → 100% charged (no refund).
🔔 Note: A non-refundable processing fee of INR 1,500 applies to all cancellations.
Option to Postpone
Instead of cancellation, you may postpone your trek. Your payment will be converted into a credit voucher valid for future bookings with MountainMyTrip.
Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Please note: Taxes and service charges are non-refundable.
🔄 Changes Made by Us
At times, unforeseen circumstances may require us to adjust your itinerary. In such cases:
- You may accept the revised arrangements at no extra cost.
- Or, switch to another available tour (costs adjusted accordingly).
- Or, cancel and receive a refund (excluding INR 1,500 amendment fee).
🌪️ Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We cannot provide refunds/compensation for delays or cancellations caused by: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather.
🙋 Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for your personal safety and conduct during the trek.
- Any reckless or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
- We are not liable for accidents due to negligence or misuse of property.
🚭 Alcohol & Smoking Policy
Consumption of alcohol or drugs during treks is strictly prohibited. Decisions made by trek leaders or operations managers are final. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your trek without refund.
⚖️ Damage & Liability
You are liable for any damage caused to accommodation, transport, or trekking equipment. All damages must be reported immediately and repair costs will be charged accordingly.
📢 Complaints
If you face any issue during your trip, please report it immediately to your guide or our support team. We’ll make every effort to resolve it promptly. Complaints raised only after the trip may not be entertained.
